Essyello’s jewelry is made of lost and found materials with a history. She creates new story’s with different materials from places all over the world. These items sometimes lost for years, hidden in the bottom of a shoebox, are found in little markets and boutiques. This made me realize how fragile the identity of a material is. The context and combination can make trash a treasure; A new story from history.
