  • What kind of products can I find in the Restored webshop?
    Restored brings unique, handmade products that are produced in small quantities by independent makers or small family businesses.Our webshop is centered around the idea that simplicity brings tranquility and beauty restores balance in life. We invited you to take the time to discover and cherish these pure and refined designs.The products in our collection are made of high-quality materials and often have a timeless appearance. This makes them items to cherish and special to give as gifts.
  • What are the shipping costs?
    Free shipping for NL orders above € 50.00 Under € 50.00 mailbox € 4.00 (order fits through letterbox) Under € 50.00 box € 6.00 (normal package) Europe and worldwide: Letterbox orders € 12.00 (order fits through letterbox) Package from € 25.00 The specific details can be found at checkout, depending on the total weight of the order and the destination.
  • What is the average delivery time?
    We ship all over the world. We ship your order within 2 working days. Since we sell small and unique collections, produced by craftsmen and designers, we sometimes have to wait for stock. Therefore, the shipping date can be up to 7 working days. In that case we will contact you. Please note that the day of arrival of your order depends on the Dutch postal service and the postal service of your country. For urgent orders or questions, please contact us via chat or info@restored.nl, we will always try to help you!
  • How does returns work?
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to return the order. Items returned must be unused and in original condition. The shipping costs and the costs incurred for the return shipment are non-refundable (except for defective items, see below). Add a note to your return, with name and email address. If the product has arrived safely, we will issue the refund. The refund will be refunded to the original payment method. It can take up to 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. To return an online purchase, follow these instructions: Send your package to the address stated on the package. We recommend that you send the return with a trackable method! Until we have received the return, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
  • What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?
    Check all items carefully after they arrive. If you receive a defective/damaged item, please send an email to info@restored.nl within 2 days We kindly ask you to take pictures of the packaging and the damage. We will contact you and pass on the next steps.
