We will parcel up your items safely and with love. The Dutch PostNL is responsible for the insured shipments, in cooperation with the postal service of your country.
We ship all over the world. We will ship your order within 2 working days.
Because we sell small and unique collections, produced by crafters and designers, we sometimes have to wait for stock. Therefore, the shipping date may go up to 7 working days. In that case we will contact you.
Please note that the day of arrival of your order depends on the Dutch postal service and of the postal service of your country.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your order.
Items returned must be unused and in original condition.
The shipping costs and the costs made for the return shipment are not refundable (except for faulty items, see below).
Please add a note to your return, with your name and email address. If the product has arrived safely, we will do the refund. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email within 2 days to email@example.com
We kindly ask you to take pictures of the packaging and the damage.
